Eliminating extra fulfillment centers might mean your order will take a little longer to arrive, but every air mile we avoid saves about 25kg of Co2 from entering the atmosphere.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-5 business days. Sometimes during busy periods, this can be longer. We allow up to 30 business days for delivery before a full refund is issued.
Priority Processing is an upgrade to the standard processing method which gives priority to the order in the warehouse/logistical system and brings it to the front of the queue for shipment.
The shipping insurance upgrade entitles customers to a free replacement if parcels are lost or and the product damaged during transit.
